The property is ideal for small families, friends and generally people who’d like to explore places beyond the tourist map. Those interested in history will have a field day since this heritage village was once the capital of the Kullu rajas for over 1300 years! One can even visit the castle, which survived an earthquake over a century ago.

Enjoy Himachali style meals made from fresh, organic vegetables picked straight out of the in-house garden or from the local markets. Each season offers a different fruit or vegetable! Non-veg meals available on request.
WHAT TO DO
The hosts of the property organise several outdoor adventure activities such as bouldering, skiing, snowboarding, rafting, river crossing, rappelling, mountain climbing and fishing. They also lead short hikes and long treks and expeditions. Additionally, the hosts encourage and celebrate various cultural festivals and events, open for all to attend if one happens to be visiting at the time!
ABOUT THE PLACE
The property has various options available for stay including double rooms, a loft studio and bunk beds. Tastefully and traditionally constructed with wood, the rooms have large glass windows with views of the mountains that let in air and light all day long. Nights are usually quiet and starlit. The bathrooms are large and private, recreated to fit the needs of today. The property is open all year.
